1. Sudden loss of vision or blurry vision (within seconds to days) in one eye.

 

2. Appearance of a spot or spots moving in front of one eye (floaters).

 

3. Appearance of flashes in one eye.

 

4. Appearance of a curtain in front of one eye.

 

5. Image distortion (distortion of letters, straight lines, etc.)in one eye.

 

6. Suspicion of foreign body in the eye(s).

 

 

7. Heat or chemical burn of the eye(s).

 

8. Sudden double vision in both eyes with limitation of eye movement.

 

9. Sudden limitation in eye movement.

 

10. Eyelid swelling and redness or limitation in eye movement accompanied by fever.

 

11. White pupil reflex in a child.
