For the adolescent

1. Adolescence is the most difficult and confusing period of life. With it may come difficulties in fitting in at school, socially, and in family life. Everyone goes through this period. So you are not alone in this transition period.

2. Appreciate yourself and do not worry about appreciation from others.

3. Be kind to people and you will be rewarded.

4. Live your life with joy and fulfillment. The happiness you feel internally will reflect on you to others and create a positive atmosphere.

5. Even bad times and difficulties are temporary and will disappear.

6. There are billions of people in the world. So chances of finding a suitable companion are great. Eventually, you will find your mate if you look for her/him.

7. Consultation about emotional and physical changes, interpersonal relationships, and adjustment for adolescence is feasible in most countries. Do not do foolish things. Things that look bad today will be seen differently with time.

8. Beware of smoking and drugs. Smoking and drugs result in dependence, and it is much better to be independent of anything.

9. Acne may be treated with almond milk/talc. Tablets such as minocycline or tetracycline may be used for more severe cases. Consult a dermatologist.
